Can you resist the urge to scratch an itch?

I spend hours scrubbed in surgical procedures. You can't just reach up and scratch your nose when your in sterile surgical attire. (that would be gross anyway to scratch yourself with bloody gloves on) It took awhile but eventually I trained myself to ignore it..

Blood usually ends up showing from how hard I scratch. Though when I do try to resist I feel like biting my arm off.

I scratch it to make it raw then put rubbing alcohol on it...it burns but feels great at the same time!

it isn't hard, you find something else to capture your attention, or if you doing something that requires you to sit still, sit in a way that is uncomfortable so your mind goes toward the other discomfort.

I have rashes and I have to itch. The chloramine and Fluoride chemicals are extremly corrosive and burns human skin. This is why so many people have rashes. Drinking these water additives causes rashes between the legs because you can't urinate them out. Chlorine and fluorosilicic acid causes bladder cancer, colon, testicle, prostate cancer etc...A hospital in Fremont is doing research on it, because so many people have this rash between the legs. We are being poisoned. Itch AWAY!!! The water is also radioactive.
