On Dasher! On Dancer! On... Cupid and... Grumpy...
Alright, so we couldn't even name half of them. There are eight total (nine, counting ol' Red-Nose at the front) and we just gave you three of them, so this should be a breeze. And don't even think about scrolling down to the comments or Googling it until you've got your answer! If Santa sees you while you're sleeping, you can bet he'll see you while you're cheating...
The traditional list is derived from an 1823 poem by Clement C. Moore called "A Visit from St. Nicholas," which contained eight names in the order you've probably heard them. Rudolph wasn't added to the team until 1939, when Robert L. May wrote about him in a booklet for Montgomery Ward. The song was released ten years later by crooner Harry Brannon.

and of course Rudolf :)
Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Dunder, and Blixem.
I even went through the alphabet letter by letter, but still can't think of the 8th one. Here are the 7--Blitzen, Comet, Cupid, Dancer, Donner, Prancer and Vixen.
Shoulder Roast, Neck Roast, Rump Roast, Ribs, Tenderloin, Hamhocks, Filet Mignon, Chops and of course Schnitzel. Done on the grill is best. Tasty!
