so funny ! I first had some in 1980, I recall, after a visit to a "drug-store" ice-cream case. It was coffee flavor. I was hooked. Past 10 years, I cut back on all ice-creams.

Actually as a kid I used to eat a half gallon of ice cream, and never gained any weight. I was a very active kid that could eat anything and still be hungry.

Don't do it. If you must, get some lowfat or frozen yogurt. You can make a fruit smoothie too.
