Can you drink your coffee black?

It's actually a great way to lose weight. Coffee by itself doesnt have many calories at all if any. The milk and sugar adds to the calorie content.

I can drink it like that but it tastes horrible... in fact I don't care for coffee in general. The only time I liked it was when it got me really really hyper and it had a lot of sugar in it.

Actually, I almost always drink it black. The only time I don't is if I haven't eaten yet that day or the coffee is really disgusting and needs to be disguised somehow.

I like French Vanilla too! In fact, my sister mixes a mean coffee with sugar, french vanilla, irsih creme and hazelnut. lol!

I drink coffee made from high mountain, Colombian beans with a dark, Italian, espresso roast. It's called Medaglia D'Oro (pronounced: medalia doro). It is, in my opinion, simply the best commercial coffee on the market. It has the dark, rich flavor of a good espresso but without the "muddy" bitterness found in most espressos at places like Sarbucks.

I usually drink it with some heavy cream but on occasion I like it black, black, black.

Medaglia d'Oro was the brand my grandparents (Sicilian, both sides) always drank.

My parents - l'Amerigani - drank Maxwell House. What could I tell you?
