    I've been to both.
I'd pick Arkansas or Arizona, before I pick Florida! lol

I was born in Florida, AND we don't have earthquakes or landslides to worry about. Just bad drivers, the occasional hurricane

To me, bad drivers are easier to deal with than earthquakes! There are plenty of people who have lived here for decades who don't even know what the turn signal is for :)

California is full of Liberals, has very high taxes, and is broke. Florida has sticky, humid weather, Pythons and Alligators that eat your pets.
Both states make Kansas look good.

I actually love alligators/crocs. I think they're fascinating. I came very close to some gators last time I was in Florida. One of the gators was a baby and it was in the parking lot of a water park lol I don't know how it got there. Poor thing must have gotten lost. It was sitting there right by our car.

That's a Cuban croc. It jumps out of the water because the swamps they live in don't support much fish. And they live in Cuba.

Been to Kansas. Nothing makes it look good.
Take the gators over the earth shaking underneath me.

All the sunshine, none of the earthquakes and minimal hippies. Impartial because I live here.

Sorry man....Florida weather sucks in my opinion. I know there are some nice areas there just like there is plenty of crappy California areas.

I can tell you, when I think of California, I think of the northern half.....it is beautiful.

I lived in Lancaster, CA for about 6 months. It was really hot then cold all in the same day, living in the desert is not recommended. Went to LA a few times and was miserable.

The thing that threw me off was a dude in a thong roller skating down a pier. Never have I seen that living in Florida. That was the kicker. I quit my job and hauled ass back to Tampa.

LOL.....California is full of weirdos for sure. I have several friends in my industry that are in the L.A. area and I have seen some sights the times I have been out there.

It has been a long running thing for me to tease my Florida friends. I have been there several times and, maybe it is just my bad luck but, the humidity was always high and it was hot. I'd figure on freshening up before dinner and then just the walk from the hotel door to the car I would be soaked. Baltimore is bad too and our summers suck here as well.

Its is really humid 80% of the year. Once your here long enough you get used to it. I was born here. The winters cannot be touched though. I think we only had one day under 40 last winter and maybe a handful under 50.

Baltimore is terrible. Been there a few times. Summer's are terrible, but the food is way better than Tampa's.

We do have some awesome food here! Agreed, the summers suck.

So you never have a desire for that "white Christmas"? LOL

Two years ago we ventured to North Georgia for a white Christmas, knowing it was going to be snowing. Packed up the wife and 4 kids and headed out. Spent the holiday and next two days there. The electricity went out and the people who owned the cabin forgot to refill the heating oil. It was miserable. Drove down the mountain in a snowstorm, I had never driven in snow. We had a long line of car behind us while I'm going 25. So to answer your question. No.

That big flea market in Baltimore, can't think of the name, had the freshest, best tasting crab cakes I've ever had. The Crabs were swimming in the tank.

If it is the place I am thinking of, it was Lexington Market. They have some great eats in that place.
