Gum makes me sick. Don't really like the taste of mint either, but I usually carry a small bottle of mouthwash in my school bag.

Almost every gum on the market has aspartame in it. That's the only reason I don't chew gum anymore.

I only use breath mints if it's a dire situation. Otherwise, I'd prefer gum and its many cool flavors :)

Gum doesn't actually help with bad breath, so if I had to choose anything it would be mints and I wouldn't chew on them either.

Mostly if it has artificial sweeteners (aspartame) and dyes, etc. Processing of foods and additives have made food cause cancer for people. It's not something to simply write off...
