1. Who last balanced the federal budget? President Clinton a democrat and hence a leftie.

George W. did more than enough damage, but why defend someone who added to, not took away the damage..or at least some of it. Since Bill Clinton, all we have had as Presidents are destroyers...Romney and Ryan don't look much better.
By the way, Obama is not my favorite but the fact is he came in at a very difficult time with the opposition party taking a take no prisoners attitude. I think he has done fairly respectable considering he had to work against a bunch of traitors. (people working against the best interests of the country) And again I will say I like the fact that the stock market is above 13000 instead of under 7000.
I did not like Bush at all! I had hopes for Romey being a little better, but now, with Ryan on board, no way. Maybe in 2016 we will actually have 2 good candidates on the slate. I am hoping the Democrats put up Andrew Cuomo.

Shame you don't realize that when an economy goes off the cliff a lot of money will have to be spent to correct it. How do you think we got of the great depression. (Hopefully you won't ask what was that?) It was by spending lots of it that pulled us out of the great depression once and for all. The spending was called WWII. You may have heard of it? Are you saying you would not have approve of WWII due to the deficit it caused?
