1976 AMC Pacer, It had a six with overdrive. It had plenty of room inside got 31 MPG, and was built like a tank. I drove it down a ski run in the summer and it made it with only a crushed muffler. It was ultra-dependable and gave me over 300,000 miles of service.

The best maintenance free car was a used car I bought for a work car.A 1985 Cavalier wagon.Ran like a champ.Wish they still made them like that.

2001 Saturn SL1 - I still own it, runs great, gets between 38-40 mpg. No plan on replacing it anytime soon. If it runs another 10 years I'll keep it.

That's what bugs me about these hybrids. They do not get much better gas mileage than my 4 cylinder internal combustion engine. I would expect a 20 mpg bump.

Ya know that's what I thought at first.But I saw the BMW and thought maybe he had a Ferrari too.The wheels threw me.But it looked small so I thought it was the pic angle.Some GT's are highly collectible now.I always liked the Fiero they got a bad rap because the 1st ones they had problems with and by the time they made them better people thought they were junk.A home near me had one in the back yard I left my card to buy it several times.I guess they know what I do. lol

Mine was an 85 GT silver, V6 with a four speed manual transmission, had a lot of fun with that car. Looked like this one.
