You're lucky. Where I am, it's not calm, it's not quiet, and for the most part, it's not free.

And the lifeguards are always yelling at you. Extremely annoying.

Add a beachfront room to go with it.
I would take a beach every day of the year if I could. I love walking on it alone early in the morning and late at nite.
