I actually use them all, but you get the most mileage and fewest calories with hot sauce. I have one called "Sadam Insane's WMD" Hot Sauce.

I like 4 or 5 BBQ sauces depending on what I am cooking. I also like quite a few marinades that I will also use as BBQ sauce when grilling.

i have to have my tabasco of course,but i also need tamari,worstershire,and several salad vinegars.i cook a lot..gotta have wines and what not to create even more sauces,lol

Both actually. But I like it where the meat still tastes like meat and not the sauce. And I like Cholula Hot Sauce It actually has taste
