I feel like I get more clean when I take a shower, otherwse I would feel like I was bathing in my own sweat and mess from the day. I like to let it all come off clean and wash down the drain.
Shower. In this small house the bath tub only accommodates babies and small children. I'd love to get one of those old claw foot tubs that actually fit adult sized bodies.
I think you get cleaner in the shower unless you take a bath and then rinse off with a shower but to me that is a waste of water. We have a hot and cold running outdoor shower we all use in the summer and it is quite nice showering outdoors.
I have always favored a shower for getting the dead cells and dirt from sweat of the day off my body.
I understand why many take baths, as they are so soothing to the body. But taking a bath means you are soaking in your own filth. That ring around the bath tub is dirt from YOU that YOU are soaking in for ever how long you soak in the bath tub.
You want soothing, get a hot tub for that sensation.
Because bath tubs don't get you as clean as a shower.
Have a standard tub ..
it really is not deep enough nor long enough for me to get a good soak in ..
(Besides, I don't like to soak in the water that's got what I already rinsed off me .. )
shower.......just purchased a new shower head with multiple settings.....getting much better pressure......mostly use the pulse setting.....I take longer showers now...:)
Depends on who I am bathing with. If it is a hot woman I prefer the shower...oh hell, who am I kidding, if the tub is big enough and the hot woman is willing, I am easy.
