No way. That makes people hungry. Why do you think burger king releases that wonderful smell of flame broiled burgers? Not because they have to. Sense of smell sells. I won't even get the candles that smell like cookies and pies, it's tricking your brain into "eat mode".
Some many flock to the shelves in stores for something to make their personal space smell better. The problem is most should just clean reather than install a fragrance in an electrical outlet or table top the spews out tens of thousands of "particles" to invade the nostrils and lungs, while for an increasing number of people, trigger allergies for which they must take a medicine to tolerate the smells (or stench) they purchase. The bad smell will still be there or worsen when the store bought fragrance is gone.
Vanilla, Cinnamon, and other aromas that feign food in a society with a large number of obese adults and children is a terrible idea.
I wish everyone read your comment. Coming from someone with severe allergies & horrible asthma, I actually carry my portable nebulizer machine with me everywhere I go. My little inhaler does me no good anymore. Yet my mom has these automatic cinnamon (the worst for me) freshners spray a load into every upstairs room. I'd die if I hadn't moved down to the basement when I moved back home. The only one I can tolerate is light vanilla.
Not to forget, we have 2 cats & a long haired dog...
Not that I know of. I have a little one that plugs in to the wall. I guess there would be a battery operated one, but I don't know for sure. I'm sure you could google it though. Mine is about 6"x6"x4". Then iof course the tube & small mouth piece.
You're welcome. Has she tried Advair yet? I know some people don't use it, but I recommend it. Especially if she has bad asthma. I do, & I used it when I had insurance. I wish I could get back on because I was never using my little inhaler, it worked really well. Just expensive without insurance :/
She's has albuterol & Ummm I forget the name of the other one. It's a long lasting one, not the quick relief like the albuterol. I'll have to look and let you know, can't think right now :-)
Lol if I know what you're talking about, it begins with an F & usually comes in an orange puffer. Advair is a purple diskus that you take morning & bedtime & it lasts the whole day. After a while on it, you only have to take it once a day & eventually, whenever you need it. I love it. When I was 11, I went to an asthma camp & was given it as a trial thing, without my mom's knowledge (huge no-no!). It worked well, but I was told by my doctor not to take it. A few years later & I was put back on it. It's pretty good stuff :) .
You're right! It's the one with orange on it. Ok, now I remember Advair & no she's not on that one. She says this other one works good for her. If it stops working I'll suggest the Advair. I looked for asthma camps in our area last year but had no luck. Oh yeah that was definitely a big NO NO! I would have been livid if I was your Mom. I'm glad you found something that works for you!
Yea, she was really upset with them. Needless to say, I haven't been to another camp lol. The one I went to had a bunch of snobs at it, I hated it. & when we'd go swimming, the pool was packed to the gills! I haven't heard of a single good asthma camp, so she may be lucky lol. :)
I put allot of effort into making sure my car & my home don't smell like the food I eat, LOL!
(I don't even eat bacon anyway) The smell of bacon is one of the things that reminds me of B.O. (others would be chicken noodle soup from a can, beef broth from a can & onions).
YUK!!!
XD
