At which age are girls most picky, arrogant and bitchy?

This question is just an idea, not meant completely serious and of course doesn't apply to everyone.

At 13-18 years of age Girls are in their puberty. They are naive and want to make experiences. and are not too bitchy yet.

At 18-25 they realized they are "worth" something and become very picky, because they want to charge as much as possible.They made their first experiences, but society gave them headwinds. So they realized that being arrogant is easier. Because they don't find someone who fulfills their raised standards they supress their sexuality and interests and become depressive, neurotic and bitchy.

At age 25-30 at least the reasonable ones become less picky, because they realized they have to find a men, if they want to have children. They open up more, date more men, that they are really interested in.

So the peak for arrogance in a girls life would be between 18-25. Do you agree?

I wouldn't say age is a factor at all.

Girls who are bitchy will be that way no matter their age. They may grow out of it, but that isn't always the case.
