It's hard to decide on those two. I was down the the Holocaust and Tears. I finally had to come up with Trail of Tears because unlike all the others, the Native American's truly had no other choice.

To be honest, I wouldn't prevent any of these events from happening. They happened for a reason. If they wouldn't have happened, who knows how we'd be right now? We might be better, we might be worse. I wouldn't want to take the risk.

Quite honestly I wouldn't undo any of them, I don't have the foresight to know what will happen once history is rewritten. Too many unknown variables.

None really. Yeah they're all really bad, but I wouldn't undo even the worst thing that's ever happened to me. If I didn't face what I faced I wouldn't have grown so much. If the world hadn't faced these horrors then it wouldn't have changed the cultures involved. People came together, people edited their own moral code, and people learned things from these. Plus, the effects of changing the future could be very bad.

This is a good question. In my opinon, if you prevent WWI, Germany wouldn't have been demoralized and broke enough to propel a twerp like Hitler into power, and we wouldn't have lost thousands of troops to someone else's problem.

For all the devistation and the breakdown of the european political infrustructure that came out of the holocaust and the pure evil hatred that fueled it. If I could only change one event it would be the holocaust more people were killed and crimes against humanity came from the holocaust than any of the other events combined.

This is a tough question because I'd prevent all of them from happening if I could. I chose the holocaust only because I've done a lot of reading about it and my boyfriend's grandfather was actually forced to cook for german soldiers and he told us plenty of stories.

The descendants of the former slaves have enslaved the descendants of their former owners. People whose ancestors did not even own slaves have been enslaved by the entitlement crowds.

the other four did something positive through the horrendous turmoil:
the holocaust contributed to anatomical and other scientific studies through the experiments performed (as horrible as they were.) it was also the reason einstein came to the US.
9/11 i believe heightened patriotism and brought us together as a country
WWII pulled us out of the depression
the slave trade brought africans to america, and enriched our artistic culture.
I WANT TO MAKE IT VERY CLEAR THAT ALL THESE EVENTS WERE OF COURSE TERRIBLE. im just explaining the reasoning behind my decision.
