There are a few songs from his younger years that I do enjoy having on my ipod.... but vanity, self destructiveness, and ego turn me off.... you can hear it in his music.

YOU ARE TERRIBLE!!! Michael was not a self centered person, it is evident in his music!!! And all of his music was amazing from The Jackson 5 to Michael Jackson the solo artist; 1969-2009!!!

You can also say that most modenr music stars to day are ego centric!!! Look at Kesha always writing songs about soem people hating on her, and for what i dont know; then you have Taylor Swift singing about her love life and seeemingly her love life ONLY!!!

... you are entitled to your opinion... LIKE I AM.. I never said I hated him. I don't hate him. I am a FAN of NO celeb. I worship NO celeb. I might like someones style of acting, or a FEW songs... but I'm not going to sit here and waste time drooling over someone. As for the vanity, not to be confused with being self-centered.... it was vanity that made him go for plastic surgery, vanity that made him bleach himself, vanity that made him not like who he was. The same vanity that makes men get hair plugs and women get their lips injected.

I don't have a favorite MJ song, there are too many AMAZING ones to pick from to chose just one(in my case).

AND he was always a talented BLACK man!!! He was very in touch with his blackness, I am not sure how you could say so when he donated millions of dollars to charities in Africa, the NAACP, and UNCF (he started his own scholarship fund with those monies).
