Are your dog/cat treated as important as your REAL family???

They are my real family. That is why they are treated as such. Spoil them like I had kids

My three cats are definitely part of our family and treated as such. Our children are in their thirties, so Sputnik, Aslan, and Bombay have a very good life.

My dog is a spoiled brat.

I don't own a dog or a cat, but where I live, my community is well-known for being a fully established loction ideal for jogging, strolling, bicycle-riding, and that includes dog-walking, as well. What I have noticed, when I would be out waiting at a Bus Stop, is two dogs, when they meet (size is irrelevant) on a walking path, or sidewalk; they will always stop and sniff each other's butt. Now, I have never noticed any family members of either locals living there, or someone who just came there to walk dogs, jog, ride a bicycle, etc., ever sniffing another visitor's butt. Could it be that some family members are not allowing other family members to be so treated importantly as dogs are, that they too are fully-allowed to sniff another human's butt? One might wonder if Dogs would be allowing us to do that if they were in-charge of us? . . . So, I guess the next Question is, would you be interested in copying the Canine Culture? . . . If so, to what extent? . . . Sometimes they growl and that can even lead to fight?

Well, it was an extremely odd Question . . . "Family Member?" . . . That would make the Mother a Bitch. If it were Chickens as opposed to Dogs then of course the Mother would be a Hen. What is really odd about what I contributed as an Answer is that in my neighborhood there is quite a high-rate of Bicyclist . . . But like it or not, it's true.

I waited many years after a of mine died because it had been a very painful loss. I had lost pets before and it is always bad, but that last one was particularly hard and it made me afraid to adopt another pet, but after years I missed having one. Once I finally did adopt a new dog, I was sorry I had waited so long, She helped with the last death and in her own rotten way has been pretty great.

I don't think so just at present addie,due to various reasons,a dear friend of mine suggested I volunteer as a "walker" for a dog rescue centre we have here,trouble is I know exactly what would happen!
