I had a moody attack a few days ago. However, the funny thing is: what people say doesn't affect my "moody attack". Its always me, thinking: "I can't read or learn anything without my medication", "People are always going to find me annoying, I can't make any friends" etc.

Sometimes, whenever my mom or someone im really close too yells at me I get senstive and tear up. That also happeneds when I'm really mad too. But then you'll see me standing up to people I hate and I'll be fine. It really depends.
