Having lived outside the USA for 30 years...my fears may be a bit different than most. I am terribly frightened of bombs and rogue military forces firing into crowds of people, having my passport confiscated and denied exit visas (this happened more times than I can count)

One of my old teachers had snakes, mice, and spiders in his room. and the woman teacher had snakes too.
I am afraid of heights and really high speeds though. I think that I'm getting better with both though.
spiders are creapy looking and snakes are just plain scary.
mice are adorable and ive never really understood the fear behind lightning.
