I didn't recognise the answer for I don't get on with people. I always welcome visitors and turn the volume down for them.

I am a social retard.

If I don't click onto you from the get go I probably never will. The internet is another story. The passive one at a time non personal communication is more suited to my abilities.

As funny as it sounds, there are allot of people out there who are amazing at giving advice who have horrible personal lives. So, he's not alone in that crowd.

Since I'm older it's more pronounced. The more experience you have with people, the more you can see. This week I'm on vacation from work. It's nice to get away from THOSE people!!!

You are right when you say it becomes more pronounced as you age, a few years ago I was completely blind to what was going on with people. These days, not allot gets by me; although I do have to be tactful when I see it sometimes!

Oh yeah. Sometimes if a friend is really down or something is bothering them, I pick up on it right away. I ask them what's going on, and sometimes they'll talk about it. I just let them know that they didn't seem like themselves and I wondered if everything was ok. I'm an empathetic person as well as a sympathetic one.

One of my good friends whom I have known for years, I can read her like a book when she's feeling sad/angry/annoyed. It's actually funny how her boyfriend misses it and he's sleeping with her. lol

I know what you mean, ha ha! I think sometimes because two people are so close and are in each other's company most of the time, it CAN be hard to miss. But there are some guys who are more sensitive and they pick up on that stuff faster. I have a male friend who is like that. He's always studying me. It's like he's trying to figure me out. I hide things well, but he knows something is going on. This man is supposed to be gay, but sometimes I wonder if he really is. He notices things most men don't. It's kind of eerie at times.
