Just looking for feedback so that I can help you move around our new site with ease!

The biggest problem I've heard so far is with missing images, buttons, icons and such. To solve it, read this on how to Clear your cookie and cache

Please tell me SPECIFICALLY what you're having problems with. Not that you just "don't like it". :)

Yes I do have a problem with the new SodaHead. There are far too many stupid people on it. I am confused about where they come from.

If you can't find buttons, you're going to need to clear your cache and restart your browser. To clear your cache: http://www.sodahead.com/group... (this site will help). Then restart your browser. This should help you see the buttons. If not, you may need to update your version of Firefox or Internet Explorer. Let me know if it works

Where do you log in at? I can access by logging into my personal e-mail account but sometimes I like to go directly to the sodaheads website and log in that way but can't see where to log in at. That's the first problem I've encounterd, I haven't been on there very much yet so don't know what other problems I'll run into.

I can't see some of the buttons -_-
For example, I can't see the enter button, but when I scroll around and click randomly I eventually hit it. The same with with the x next to shared things to delete them.

Finding buttons has been an issue thus far. Let's see if we can't fix it...

You're going to need to clear your cache. To clear your cache go to this website: http://www.sodahead.com/group... It will show you how to do it. Once you've cleared your cache, restart your browser. Let me know if you can see the buttons after you restart and clear!

Elaborate please. where in dashboard do you see the sodahead?

None the less in order to add people you have to add them one by one.

It's designed that way to prevent spam through mass adds and messages.

when i click my new happenings it doesnt show that ive read them already. earlier i had 3 new happenigns and i read all 3 then it still said i had 3 and it was the same 3 i had just read. any clue y that is?

As far as your new happenings:

We're currently working out a bug in our system. We're trying to take care of it asap, but for now just ignore it. It shouldn't affect your use of the site. I'm sorry, i know it's a pain! But i promise things will be all worked out soon :)

I know - several people have had this issue. We have a bug that we're trying to fix right now with New Happenings. Just bear with us as we try to resolve it. You can just ignore it for now.

...get back some buttons and the text on what used to be "Reply" button. Using Firefox 3.5.5 on Windows. Cleared my cache, then restarted Firefox. No difference.

Ok, you may need to update your version of Firefox. This usually will help, so that you can see the buttons. Let me know!

It's the latest. I can see the buttons in the "IE Tab" installed in my Firefox. I can work around it, just want you to know this problem persists even with Firefox 3.5.5 and cache cleared.

Interesting...most of our users have no problem with this after they clear and restart and update their browser. I'll look into it a little more. Thanks for letting me know!!

I have several plugins installed. "Nuke Anything Enhanced" and "Remove It Permanently" - not sure if they might affect anything.

Why is it that I will have happenings, but once I click on the happenings button, nothing is there or it says, "Internet Explorer cannot display the wbepage." Also, it just malfunctions in general. And it's not just my laptop, because I've been to other computers and it just does the same thing.

Internet Explorer (especially IE6) will have some bugs. I would suggest using Firefox or updating your current version of Internet Explorer so that you can see everything clearly. As for the new happenings - we currently have a bug that we're trying to resolve. You may show negative numbers, or just numbers (when there really aren't any new happenings at all). This is typical and the issue should be fixed relatively soon! Just ignore it for now if you can!

The issue with happenings is a problem we're working on - a bug. We're having the SodaHead team try to fix the issue as soon as possible. For now, just ignore the new happenings numbers - they will be corrected shortly though!

Google Chrome works really well with SH. It seems to load the pages faster than Internet Exploder or Firefox. I'm loving it! ... and this from a Firefox guy is saying a lot!
