Yes, very. But not in a bad way. When I'm happy, I'm very happy. When I'm sad I could cry you a river. But once it's over, it's over and I move on. I think it's good to let the emotion out so you can get over whatever it is that's making you happy or sad.

When I was younger had I real hard time to hold back. As I grew up, I learned to keep my emotions in check. Now, with so much stress in my life, I have a more difficult time to refrain from lashing out in anger. I feel lost once or twice a week now. Trying to find my own way again, though.

yes, tho sometimes i feel so sad about something makes others so powerless like high school-age stuff but i can't walk around sad alot so i try to cover it up with cheerfullness but it comes off as a snarky and offputting...i still need to work on my stress inoculation, i'm really trying!

Depends with what we're talking about. Most of the time I'm unemotional when it comes to people who die that I don't know very well, or if someone's really excited about something I'm completely indifferent and I feel like an assbutt for not caring, but most of the time I just don't and I can't help it.
If we're talking about animal cruelty or anything like that then I get emotional.
Or if elderly people or young people die I get emotional.

I am relatively shielded as well. Attemts to solicite an emotional response are futile. I would rather lose an arm than satisfy another's wish to control my response or reaction.

good example is i heard some one in my complex had a heart attack and my immediate response was to ask my room mate( and i should care about this why?....i mean i dont now the person so i cant really care about them dying from a heart attack now can i ?) and my room mate asked me how i could be so cold hearted and i said well people die every day if i could feel sorry for every one who died then i would be a mess and he just looked at me like i was a psychopath it was weird how he did not know the person and he felt that bad about it to me

most of the time i'm indifferent, but that lack of emotion occasionally leads to days when i'm overly happy or aggressive for no apparent reason. waking up on the right or wrong side of the bed i guess, lol
