I lost over 100 lbs when I was on chemo and gave birth to a fine crop of bouncing baby wrinkles. BC (before chemo) people always said, "Wow! You don't look that old!"
Not really. At least I don't scare small children.
But, I'm lucky...my self-image has always rested in my brains and not my looks. Even as kids, it was always,"Tredz' Sister is the pretty one. Tredz is the smart one."
To be more accurate however, absolutely not. I am disgusted with my physical appearance, and don't much like myself for any other aspect of who I am either.
Yeah it is. You have to finally stop dying it at some point, and the grow out can be....uh..... Nasty.... And yet....some people make it look great....
I do like how I look, but sometimes I do want to change some things. Like, if I see some cute clothing and I know that they're way too small or not for my body shape, then I'd like to change... I have flat feet and can only fit into certain kinds of shoes - obviously, I'd love to change that. I have a pudgy belly, and bigger thighs, and a huge bum - sometimes, only sometimes, I'd like to change that -- so I'd fit into cute clothing, like I was saying before. Haha. So yeah, I do like it, but come a situation where I need to be different, then I would be uncomfortable with it... :)
Yes... I understand that. I used to be stick thin...7 babies later, I am not. I am 5'10...used wear skinny jeans like a a supermodel..now, they don't even come in my size...and that is most likely for a very good reason Lol

They don't say it anymore.

Happily, I can still think.
