I'm not confused about what I want...it's how to get there that's the problem.
I hang my head in shame coz I want

....the planet earth to never die
...to know all the answers to the universe
...to sing like Christine Agularia/ Pink & adele combined
...never be sick/ sickness doesn't exist
...have superpowers & be able to rescue lots of people
...have the ability to influence world leaders & end war
To sit with God for eternity, to see His face & know his forgiveness.
Oprah..if your reading this, appreciate a hand with this mission impossible but the really important things, that's nothing money can buy.

Beyond that,...ummmm...Yeah...I don't know.
For example, having 300 TV channels can "imprint" a sense of disappointment on a person if they're constantly trying to make a "Sophie's Choice" on programs playing at the same time or if they think they missed out out seeing a better show.
Watching more than one screen at a time will literally 'split your mind' (Schizophrenia is something different btw) or having many shows 'tiled' onto a single screen would make it tough to resolve the details. A single (silent) 'Screen in Screen' inset is tolerable if you want to keep tabs on a game or election.
Perhaps limiting yourself to the number that a UHF knob (22, no Channel 1, dropped) on a olde TV should suffice for Network Channels with maybe half as many for Specialty Channels Having no remote would provide some exercise & perhaps abate impatience since you had to get up & spend some time changing the channel would cost some time. Folks who channel surf at the same fr4me-rate as a movie (24/sec) or oscillate/vacillate between two or more show may make other viewers prone to get seizures.
