Never bored. If the new questions aren't the best, I have over 4000 new happenings.

If I'm bored, I want something exciting to happen in real life...not on SH....

If Bored then be the ones to pose the controversial, interesting, creative questions...

I often hear that on this site from mostly young people. I have never been bored way too much to do in life to be bored. As kids if we said that around our parents you best believe they put us to work on all kinds of chores. Being bored is being without hobbies and or a imagination.

Yeah we never told our parents we were bored, they'd find plenty of work for us to do. The horse & cattle pens alway's needed cleaned or weeds needed hoe'd.

I wish they would get rid of the damn Leaderboard and get some thought provoking questions on here!!

Let's have a hostage crisis!

Here's an little LSD story from the 80s that I heard, for your amusement.

It's Christmas and Andrew's older, bigger brother Dave is visiting him from out of town. They're sitting in the living room watching TV - high on acid.

Dave starts getting agitated, because nothing interesting is happening. He keeps talking about how he wants some action. He needs some action. As time goes by he's getting more and more agitated until he gets up and he's pacing back and forth in front of the Christmas tree yelling "THERE'S GOTTA BE SOME ACTION AROUND HERE! I NEED SOME ACTION! WHERE'S THE ACTION?! I NEED SOME F**KING ACTION!!!" And so on. Andrew is getting concerned, certain his brother's going to attack him. He thinks about what he should do.

Acting quickly, Andrew grabs the cat and throws it at Dave, Dave screams as the cat hits him squarely in the face, the cat freaks out, claws him and runs, Dave falls, stunned, into the Christmas tree, knocking it over, sending decorations flying everywhere.

A moment passes. "Was that enough action for you?" Andrew asks, trying to sound casual.

Little beads of blood are forming along the scratches on Dave's face and chest.
"Yeah...YEAH!!! WHOO!!! Thanks man! I needed that!" His need for action satisfied, Dave gets up and returns to watching TV.

Yea, it is getting kind of getting boring but I still can't stay off the damn thing. I have to ween myself off though before my wife hides my computer.

I was rather disappointed that 21st December turned out so dull. :-(

(just a wonderful refreshing soup for this time of year ..

soup and chili are my favorite when it's cold outside. we got snow on Christmas Day! we haven't seen a white Christmas since 1995!

got some even in the fridge for tomorrow when I've got a couple of visitors coming .. just a quick warm up and they'll enjoy some of my home-made chili!)
