Oh heavens YES.I attended the annual event linked last night.With every chef trying to raise the bar on creativity and one up each other.And yes I tasted and drank every offering no matter how bizarre and had a blast !
I like trying new cuisines that experiment with spices and stuff. But as far as meat is concerned, I'm not that comfortable. One time I tried beef and I totally hated it. But one time I tried crocodile meat and it was really delicious. But other than that, I don't think I'm an adventurous eater.
I have to qualify that answer though. I'm not an adventurous meat eater. I hate all sea food and the most exotic meat I've ever tried was bear. I'd probably try any non-meat based food though....
