Citrus so oranges, grapefruit, pineapples, lemons, and limes. Yes it sucks. Also the adhesive to tape and bandaids.

yes.. Wheat, eggs, Dairy, Garlic, peanuts, and Crab...PLUS I have food sensitivities to sugar and food additives like MSG.
