I have more addictions then I'd like, but I guess some are better than others. My addictions are: caffeine, cigarettes, biting my nails, and a couple of OTC medications. I have a very addictive personality, and realizing that from an early stage has helped me avoid certain things that I would surely become addicted to. I held off of smoking right up till a few tears ago, but smoking is one if the few vices that I care the least about.

The Internet....It's kind of pathetic.

And I use to be addicted to cutting also, it's hard to stop. I just hope you are alright, if you need anyone you can talk to me. I know you don't know me but sometimes it's nice to talk to an unbiased person.
