There are times it is necessary to be a good follower as well as a good leader. Anyone incapable of being a good team player is at a disadvantage to those who are.

Have always been a Leader and take charge person. I give orders much better than i can take them. Working in the Hospital i was Day Shift Supervisor in Cardiopulmonary . .

I'm definitely both. More so a leader, than a follower. Before my friend moved away from school, she used to be the "leader" of our group, when she left, I kind of took over. Whenever she visits, she resumes the leadership.

I don't really like to do either of those things. I can take charge when I need to, but I would rather let someone else do it. I can be a good follower, but I'd rather make my own choices.

I'm pretty aggressive about things I want and like but if no one chooses to follow me, I usually don't care. And I do not follow anyone unless it is somewhere I want to go . Then I lead from behind. :) :).
