Or at least my shorter or slower walking friends think so. My dad doesn't understand why I'm not better at keeping up. I'm about 5'8'', most of it legs, and enjoy moving them. It takes great effort to slow down when walking with others, or when stuck behind slow walkers. I usually end up stepping on my own heels when walking a slow pace.

I guarantee you none of my friends can follow my steps! They just keep complaining why I walk so fast. OMG, and I keep asking them walk quickly!!

Btw, I think the speed that I walk is normal - just they are too slow!
