I try to stay away from pop I do good and then I decide to have one for a treat, then the next day, but now have get back to stop on pop. I have to downfall, is pop and chips.

Not really. I enjoy a cup of tea in the morning and then will probably have one or two more cups of either tea or coffee or both later in the day. I don't need to start my day with caffeine but I do like a little kick of it around 3pm. I'm really flagging by then.

its bad for me. i cant go a day without soda or coffee. I would give up cigarettes before i gave up caffine. my caffine addiction gets me every single day. my soda drinking is like an alcoholic drinking wiskey, cant go with out it.

Yeah, it's not healthy in the amounts I consume it though. I quit once for half a year, after I overdosed on caffeine (Yes it's possible) and it completely messed up my brain chemistry so that any small amount of caffeine in my system would cause all these crazy symptoms to appear.

After my half a year break, I slowly started drinking again, and now a year later I'm back to the bad habit of downing coffee throughout the day.

I believe it since I have ADD. Although, I know some that are ADHD and are the opposite and makes them worse

I can do without but i do have a cup of coffee or a redbull or tea or other energy drinks occasionally, i used to have atleast 15 caffeine drinks a day, now i only have one every week or so
