They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Yet so many don't eat in the morning. I know I'm guilty of not eating till about 11am.

About all I can stomach before heading off to work is a carnation instant breakfast.

I get sick if I try to eat right after waking up.

me too Chris. I have to wait a bit, i ususally grab granola and yogurt to take to work with me and have it about 11am lol.

On the days I don't have to be up for classes, I won't eat anything for breakfast. When classes start again, I'll have to eat a little something so I don't pass out at school walking everywhere. Last semester I had 2 classes back to back on opposite ends of campus and up 3 flights of stairs with 10 minutes being all the time I had to spare... When I didn't eat breakfast I was always late because I didn't have enough energy to run there. Haha

Mostly a smoothie with a banana two teaspoons of blueberries 4 oz. of lowfat milk a few teaspoons of greek yogurt a teaspoon of flax and ice.

It's been working for me, and I recommend it. And don't eat dinner after 7pm, by 6 pm is perfect and by 7 or 7:30 a light snack. Liquids only after 7:30pm.

Eater?? NO. Drinker?? YES. My "Breakfast" is is called Jet Fuel by my friends. Its 4 shots of Espresso, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 16oz of 2% Milk.
