Okay so I know the legal definition of a child is under 18, but I am. curious as to youre own opinions. Im asking for you're view in two regards...
a) mentally
b) physically
a) mentally
b) physically

a) I feel that most teenagers are immature but they don't have the same mental capacoty of a child
b) I agree with wikipedia that biologically a child is a human from birth to start of puberty. I know this can be as early as 8 in some cases but just so we are clear for me 'd say around 13 or 14 is when biologocally a human could be mistaken for an adult, not 8!
