They already have. I remember when all the mental health hospitals shut there doors in the 70'/80's and psychotic PEOPLE wound up living in the streets of NYC I'm afraid we are going to see the same travesty afflict our elderly unless something is done. People first!

If you wanna screw the Gov, you'll have to get it to turn around, cuz just now it's screwing us!
