Are new Kansas laws on abortion good?

Kansas has just passed new laws that further regulate abortion clinics. These regulations are considered beneficial for women by supporters, while opposition believes it is an attempt to regulate abortion into oblivion.
Some of the regulations seem unnecessary, while others seem logical. The logical requirements are:
A temperature requirement- between 68-73,
Blood pressure cups for adult, child and infants,
13 drugs that are required to be on hand.
That clinics be within 30 miles of a hospital (a regulation that is the same in Missouri, my home state, and has not restricted access to abortions in any town except Springfield.)
Absurd requirements:
All rooms an abortion is preformed in must be at least 150 square feet, with a 50 ft janitor closet.
Another one, which could be well meaning, or might just be stupid, I do not know yet, is the requirement that all patients stay in a recovery room for at least 2 hours.
Sources (sorry they are both skewed a little left):
