Are men superior to women?

We are equal, but in different ways.
As for your crisis comment, I get the feeling you purposely surround yourself in women worse in a crisis then yourself to make yourself feel better. When I was 11 and my apartment building and the one next to me caught on fire I kept it together, while injured, than almost all the men(none with even a scratch), the exception being the firefighters and a few others(though uninjured). Most stood gawping while I was trying to make sure everyone was alright and out of the building. And while I was bleeding and the men around me panicking it was two women who found me cloth to press against my wound to stop the bleeding, and another women who gathered up coats to give to those of us now made homeless and standing in our inadequate cloths. While I was bleeding from a dog bite the man who owned the dog was in tears while I reassured him

Each gender has it's strengths. Neither is superior to the other. And your comment about women tending to crumble in a crisis while men tend to rise to the occasion is absurd. I've seen it happen both ways.

I think men and women compliment each other. There are things a man is better at and things a woman is better at. Together the two complete the package. How can I compare myself to a man? I can't, I am not a man, nor would I ever want to be. It would be like saying which is better, a banana or a strawberry. Bother are good, but together even better.

That's true !! Could you imagine if men had periods ? Cramps, mood swings, bleeding where you can't put a band aid...they couldn't handle it. They would have already figured out a way for them to stop completely. And I'm positive they would be able to stay home from work at least 3 days each month for "menstrual leave".

Are you serious ? If *men* had periods etc. Meaning you would be just as you are right now but just have a menstrual cycle. And you're not a woman,right ? I really hope you were being sarcastic instead of completely not getting it.

And neither are women superior.....it's a delicate balance, where one compliments the other....I have found out in my life experience that men are usually physically stronger and women....emotionally stronger....

For some people it's the 18th century. I am always amazed at some of the political conversations we're even having. Some people won't be happy until women can't vote, gays are executed and we're back to burning witches.

Many people are like that...for the most part I've always gotten along with men better, but once you become a mom it seems like women become who I prefer to hang out with. Men seem to share war stories, women share labor stories. Lol, we have to make it look like it was really bad, or really easy, but not in between !

We still haven't figured out what we'll call the spouse of our first female president, but I still think the Old Testament idea of man being superior is a little outdated.
