Yes+7Having been a faculty member in a high school for 25 years, I can give you an unequivocal "yes" to that question! It has been my experience that girls are petty, vindictive, cliquish and tend to hold grudges for a long time. Also, there seems to be an increasing tendency for girls to resort to violence in confrontations with one another. During my tenure as a high school teacher, I never once had to break up a fight between two boys, however I did witness several vicious fights between female students, which resulted in serious personal injury to at least one of the combatants.

Not by a long shot. Both are equally mean, but boys are more likely to cause physical damage to one another.
Have you heard about girls beating another girl to the ground for being gay? I didn't think so.
Both sexes are mean, but violence is (unfortunately) accepted in boys. If I ever have a son- this behavior will not go on in my house.
I rarely had problems with girls as a teen. If girls didn't like me I ignored them and it worked. If I ignored boys I had to get my parents involved to stop them from tripping me or making fun of me. Humans are cruel creatures.
Guys have been mean to me quite a lot in my life. 90% of my friends are girls.
