They are legal in Kansas. We are having a special city council meeting tonight to discuss banning them within the city limits until the county burn ban is lifted.
Just barely. Now I think only fire crackers are legal. this law was passed last year I believe. Be interesting to see how New Years is. Last New Year's eve was way down but there was a major loss of illegal fireworks when some warehouse blew up so I don't think that was a good indication.
Fireworks are legal in Arizona, per se. However, you can look at them inside the box but if you are caught shooting them off, you get fined $250.00. It's a nonsense law to me. You can buy the fireworks but can't shoot them off. Duh??
They are, and I really find it frightening. People put them off and we've had debris land in our yard which is heavily mulched. http://www.trbimg.com/img-4f9...
In the state I currently live in yes, though I am not sure if we will be able to set them off this year depends if we get any rain soon right now its probably way to dry.. Though when I lived in Arizona they were illegal.
(and we will have a 4th Fireworks in my little rural town too!)
