Nokia's culture, including their practice of having meetings in the sauna has come under fire as a barrier to entry. However, the practice is common at places like Russia, the Finnish Embassy in Washington DC, Skype in Estonia, and the South Pole.
Proponents claim that it breaks down barriers, others believe that entering the sauna in your bathing suit, or not, with your coworkers is a barrier that limits some people's careers.
