My now deceased brother, upon the advice of a fundamentalist Christian minister who told him he didn't need his medications, quit taking them...and died alone in his apartment.

I dont know, black sheep is a pretty harsh word

I pretty much was until I had the only grandson in the family. Got a temporary pass I suppose. I'll do what I can to regain my title once he's on his own. It won't be hard.

My uncle is the black sheep of the family, but he's also the one who will cry the hardest if he needs the money he'll bay till his mother gives him the money or he'll cry you don't love as you tried to kill me the moment I was born - (he was a blue baby with his cord wrapped around his neck.).
But his parents will be having the last laugh when they go as he'll be getting only $10 from the trust fund because he basically stole over a hundred thousand dollars from his parents forcing them now to live with my uncle who is now tending to them both and he's getting a stipend from the trust to care for them and who knows how long they'll live for since their in their 90's.

I have a family full of "black sheep." We have only one white sheep and it for sure isn't me. LOL

Every family has one. In fact every family SHOULD have one. The job of being black sheep however should be a temporary one and each family member be prepared for their turn at being "it". Maybe then we might find some of what we cluck our tongues at amoungst the ones we are supposed to love, is not so much beneath us or that we are so much above them.

Yeah well my whole family is pretty colored. But there is some white ones :)

So many. I guess in our case it's who's the white sheep. I'm one of them. I've been bad I'll admit but I've never had jail time or kids.

Oddly enough, it was me. But for opposite reasons; I'm the only one who's never been arrested, never had a police record, can't name all the judges in the county, never tried crack, kept the same job for 26 years and the same home for 29 (and counting.) Now that the parents are gone (and one brother) I'm the one everybody looks to for answers!

My siblings and I are to my father. Im not sure if our mom thinks of us that way, but she wont go against our father.
