She is a diva, MrD!
I dunno, MrD... I have heard better.
You!

Anja was born in Germany to a Greek father and German mother. She developed a beautiful voice and learned a wonderful vocal technique. She is partnered on the stage with the fabulous Jonas Kaufmann on many occasions.

Here are some samples of her talent. I hope you listen to all of them and enjoy them. My personal favorite is the Mozart "Laudate" as I have taught this to several aspiring sopranos and have well over fifty recordings of it.

Just sit back let Anja entertain you.

I LOVE Mozart and have tapes by him and other composers as well, but he is by far my favorite. I have also read that his music releases good pheromones in your body. I especially enjoy doing housework to his music! LOL It keeps me in the mood - especially his bouncy bourgeois stuff! LOL

Very nice. A delicate, feminine voice. I love Mozart's Req.

I love the Requiem also. It was the first major work that I got to perform as the tenor soloist. She just shines in my ear.

She's quite good; but, I wasn't moved by the songs. I will listen again later when I can turn-up the volume (grandson sleeping right now - lol).

I'm glad that you enjoyed it.

You might like this rendition by a Greek soprano. Schicchi is special to me as it was the first opera I was in.

It's so pretty yet sad sounding but that's what attracts me to it too. Thank you, MisterD! :):)

I was told to have Mozart playing when nursing an infant... it would raise the IQ. LOL Wolfie can set any mood I'm looking for.. such a genius!

Thanks for coming and listening, Annette.
