The story, as you read it is correct. If you look at the address you will see that the story was originally that Obama signed 923 Executive Orders.

Yes, the corrected story seems legit. But which of those executive orders that Obama actually did are Obama overreaching and taking control of the US?

I mean, oh my god! He changed the order of succession if the Secretary of Agriculture died!

Some are over-reaching while others are not.

Some that I saw seem not to be really the domain of the Executive Branch but more so Congress'.
