I actually try to get 8 hrs but I can't sleep that much... must be cuz I am old the older you are the less sleep your body will want

when end of terms arrive, and sleepless nights happens 2-3 times a week, your body tends to work, not on normal energy from sleep, but from adrenaline... the best buzz i get sometimes come from that legal substance ;P

I usually get my 8 to 9 hours but for the past 5 days, I haven't. Too much going on with family. Plus, I got a new book that is hard to put down.

4 hours at best. Today I was shooting for 2 but of course I couldn't fall asleep. It's ok though, on the weekends I get 10-12, but that never balances out and workdays are just ...ughhh. Frankly there's just not enough time in the day.

6/7 hours... Although, on holidays/days off I get a good 12, otherwise I'm tired for the whole day until about 9pm :D

I know very few people who get 8 hrs of sleep....most get 6-7 like me and function perfectly...except politicians, they sleep on the job and still don't seem to get enough to make a good decision!

Your selection of answers does not provide an option that says I get less than eight hours but it is plenty. I haven't slept eight hours since I was 11 years old.

I always get my 8 hours

I get 8 hrs sleep but not all at once. I sleep around 5 or 6 hrs at night and catch a nap during the day if I feel tired. I'm not working now so keeping a schedule isn't as easy as when I was working.

depends on the time of year. if its summer then i normally get about 8 or more hours if its during the school year then im lucky to get 6 hours
