If she really needed self-confidence, she should ask her friends and family, not random strangers on the internet. She's probably stroking her ego with all this attention.
This is why I dislike most teenagers, they are idiots always doing crazy things to bring attention upon themselves i.e. displaying their "abs" and calling themselves ugly just so people can day nice things about them.
And the idiots here fall for it...every single time.
