Alternative metal or heavy metal?

Alternative Metal is for fags! Why else would it be called "Alternative"?

Well that's what they like and you shoudn't called people names just for liking it.That's what a child does maybe you don't like it but that's you I like both.But I mostly like Indurial metal I also like heavy rock which is stuff like Godsmack.I understand you not liking it but lets not called people names.Also it doesn't matter what the name is called.Why would you think I would care that it's called alternative if the band sounds good to me that's all that matters.

The music of Alternative Metal sounds weak and almost all the singers sound gay. Tool has a great example of a gay sounding vocalist

So? like I said before doesn't matter what you say or think that's you.So what if it sounds weak to you not my problem.It doesn't matter Theres a lot of heavy metal bands I don't like becase it might sound the same as others.Or they might not be that Original just the same stuff as Cannibal Corpse or Slipknot which is why I listen to stuff like Rammstein.A lot of Like Cannibal Corpse that has bored me were there not enough Rhythm.I like bands that has a good mix other then just death metal.And this thing about them sounding gay is a weak excuse that's the only thing see see that is weak.Gay is a person who is happy or person who like's other men it's doesn't mean just becase that don't scream in there music does not mean that they sound gay.So what it's not emo sreamo music that Tool makes theres a lot of heavy bands that at least have one soft song in there music I guess that's gay to right.

Tool and System of a Down are great bands that fuse elements of heavy and alt metal.

I listen to a lot of doom metal, black metal, death metal, and sludge metal as well.

Heavy metal and power metal.

I prefer Heavy metal. I don't care so much for Alternative metal.
