BAD comparison. Cyanide is not a heavy metal and will not build up in your system over time. Arsenic is, and will, just like lead and mercury.

I wonder by your question if some company is paying you a hefty sum to frighten American rice purchasers away from rice toward their product.

Wash your rice. The less you wash the stickier the rice. The more you wash the starch of the rice, cooks lose grain and washes the arsenic also.
