This is my story.
As I take that final step out the door, before turning off the light, I look back at the empty house I will be leaving forever. So many memories being left behind but so many new ones for a new family to gain. I finally close the door behind me, lock it and get into the car. as I drive away, looking back on the world I once knew disapper behind me in the distance. driving down the highway, my cell phone ring, the song I've had for years, never too late by three days grace, I answer it, its Alex wondering where I am. "I'll be there soon" I say and hang up. Thinkin about the last few years of my lie I wonder for the future especially now. while deep in thought I almost miss my turn. I turn down the road where my new future awaits me. I see Alex standing on the porch waiting for me. I get out of the car and walk up to him, I kiss him gently on the cheek and he holds me tight. 'what's wrong baby?' he asks, 'nothing' I reply 'just thinking' 'about?' 'about us and this decision we made' 'its all right if I wasn't sure about marrying you we wouldn't have made it this far' he says 'as long as where together we will be ok, trust me' "I do trust you, I just don't trust myself"
