The problem with a lot of these answers is that you profess to be Christians.... yet you don't seem to have a concept of the foundation of the religion.... just look at the responses on this poll.

Besides that.... do you really want to make him a martyr?

Brought in front of the world tribunal at the Haig; Where all countries and Including the US, So that all can try him for atrocities that he has committed masterminded or lead in all countries. Being put on trial in front of the world...with a just sentence to him and all of his benefactors (including heads of goverments that allowed or utilized his services). Yep sounds fair to me...then we all might get a little rest from this nagging twerp!
