A 16-year-old girl from California is lucky to be alive after being bitten at least six times by rattlesnakes. Dr. Jordan Cohen, of Sharp Grossmont Hospital, explained that when it comes to this type of injury, many of the well-known first aid techniques often used in the wilderness don't apply. He advised to get to the emergency room as soon as possible and try to stay immobile. Tourniquets and suction are not advised, he said.

I would probably scream like I was on fire, jumping around like a chicken with no head, and try running away, but I'd break my ankle/leg cuz of the high heels I was wearing, of course, that causes me to fall to the ground, helpless, and I'd get bit some more.. Their poisonious venom corsing through my spazzy veins causes me to swell up like Jubba the Hut, faster than I can blink my fat eye lids, rendering me incapable of moving. Alas, I'd die a slow, and very painful death... Just like in those bad horror movies, stupid characters always end up being the ones to get killed off first.. Rightfully so... ; )
Do not panic, take slow deep breaths and move slowly. Panicking is a good way to get the venom to move quickly in your blood stream. You want to avoid that.
Do not try to catch or kill the snake, wastes valuable time.
We don't wash the wounds here, as the venom is often used for identification purposes. But I have heard that you should wash the bite of a rattlesnake.
Basically because different species have different types of venom.
Get to a hospital asap!
And hopefully live to exaggerate about your near death experience to your friends, over a pint of beer. =)

Bite it back.
It's liable to be a dry bite anyway.
Come! Sing the Rebel Song. Rebels are We. Born to be Free. Just like the Feesh in the Sea.
You stay as quiet and immobile as possible and get to an emergency room.
You do NOT use a tourniquet or cut the wound and suck out the venom.
1. Cry
2. Die
