Marilyn Manson has a track called Pretty As a ($) on his 2009 record The High End of Low and recalled in a later interview that the ($) stood for a swastika which he sings in the song as well, personally, I think its an amazing compliment and if anyone said that to me I'd be utterly flattered by that, but just asking your opinion.... :)

The suffix -ka either forms a diminutive or intensifies the verbal meaning and Swastika can be thus translated literally as "that which is associated with well-being,"
So, I guess it's just how you take it.
My cousin, who is Indian and born into a Hindu family is named Swastika (no association with any movement related to Hitler. He doesn't own the sole rights of it, you know?)
"You're as pretty as the genocide of millions based solely on their religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation!" Not exactly a compliment
All you have to do is LOOK at him (?) for starters.
THEREIN lies the difference.
