Kanye West got an interesting gift for his 34th birthday on Wednesday: A night with one of the Olsen twins.

According to Perez Hilton, West was seen "hooking up" with Mary-Kate Olsen at the Submercer Nightclub in New York City, where Yeezy was celebrating.

For those of you keeping score at home, Mary-Kate will be 25 next week, so that puts about nine years between the two. Not quite as awkward as Taylor Swift and John Mayer (they were 12 years apart) but exactly as awkward as Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal.

Maybe Mary-Kate just likes the taste of diamonds.
